UPDATE MAY 2018: It is with sadness that I announce that 3 of my 4 public classes will be coming to an end due to chronic low enrollment. Scroll below for specific end dates. I hope to be able to continue bringing you folks the yoga practice that I hold so dear in a format that is sustainable for myself and nourishing to you. Namaste.
Whether in one-time workshops or on-going classes, I seek to offer a heart-centered, alignment-based yoga practice to students of all levels seeking encouragement, self-reflection, and transformation. I use pranayama (breath work) and asana (the physical poses) as a platform for navigating life with more peace and compassion and finding embodied freedom from oppressive structures.
(Note: I acknowledge that one of the ways that yoga/yoga classes can often be a foot of oppression is by privileging able-bodied folks over disabled folks. At this point, I do not offer an all-bodies-accessible class but absolutely aim to meet as many access needs as possible in every class. Please contact me if you'd like help assessing which class below might offer you the most benefit. I also hope to add a donation-based class, too, to increase financial accessibility of my classes.)
